The organizing committee cordially invites researchers, academics, and industry professionals to submit original, unpublished contributions for presentation and publication at the conference. All submissions will undergo rigorous peer review to ensure academic excellence.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are kindly requested to adhere to the following submission procedures and requirements. All manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the conference template and submitted via the official platform.

Template & Requirements

All submissions must present original, unpublished research or experiences.
Manuscripts must be at least 8 pages long (excluding references). An extra page charge applies starting from the 11th page.
Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.
Each submission must be written in English.
Authors should check their manuscripts using plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin. Failure to do so may result in rejection due to plagiarism. Any paper suspected of plagiarism will not be published or indexed and will be publicly announced on the conference website.

Peer Review Process

All reviews follow a single-blind process, in which the authors do not know the identities of the reviewers, but the reviewers are aware of the authors' identities. Reviewers are asked to consider the following factors when evaluating submissions:

Whether the experimental results are accurate and reproducible.
Whether the usage of English is clear and grammatically correct.
Whether the conclusions and future work are convincing and well-supported.
Whether the manuscript uses the correct conference template.
Whether the paper matches the aim and scope of the conference.
Whether the ideas presented in the paper are novel and contribute to the field.

Notes:

At least one author per accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.

Registration

All participants are required to register. If you wish to give a presentation and publish your paper, please select the appropriate registration category.

Registration Policies

Registrations are accepted until the deadline for conference regular papers: July 12, 2026. After this date, non-speaker registration remains possible, although conference bags and proceedings are limited to existing stock.

If you are interested in giving a presentation and publishing your paper, you may attend as a Presenter. Please send an email to icfeict@126.com for further information about registration.

Regarding registration fees, please send an email to icfeict@126.com for further details. All participants should contact the registration office via email first in order to participate in the conference.

Privacy Clauses

The personal and related information collected through this conference website will be used solely for conference services. It will not be transmitted for any other purpose and will not be retained after the conference.

Note:

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances where a submission is retracted, rejected, or unable to be published due to academic misconduct by the author(s).

Awards

Best Paper Award

Awards for Best Paper(s) will be presented to the winners at the conference. The Best Paper Award recognizes outstanding manuscripts accepted by ICFEICT 2026.

Outstanding Peer Reviewer Award

The Outstanding Peer Reviewer Award recognizes significant contributions made by peer reviewers who have reviewed more than 5 papers for ICFEICT 2026. Candidates will receive a certificate.
